Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Specialist with strong expertise in SAP integration technologies, including OData, SOAP web services, and various file-based interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments and demonstrate proficiency in developing, implementing, and supporting integrations across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
Build and maintain OData services (V2 and V4) within SAP ECC and S/4 environments, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
Develop SOAP-based web services to support communication between SAP and external applications, with a strong understanding of XML and JSON over HTTP protocols.
Configure and manage file-based interfaces to facilitate data exchange with external systems.
Integrate SAP systems with API Management (APIM) tools, ensuring smooth and secure data flow across platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and design effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
Document integration processes, technical specifications, and best practices to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP integration, with a focus on OData, SOAP web services, and file-based interfaces.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in building OData V2 and V4 services in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
Strong experience with SOAP web services and data formats like XML and JSON over HTTP.
Familiarity with API Management (APIM) tools and integrating SAP with external applications.
Knowledge of SAP integration protocols, such as IDoc and BAPIs, is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to design and implement integration solutions.
Documentation: Proven experience in documenting integration processes, standards, and technical specifications.
